AIR PATROL

MAP is able to carry out air patrol tasks using aircraft equipped with cameras which generate good results as material for analysing air patrol results.

PT Mitra Aviasi Perkasa, as part of its business development strategy, also offers air patrol services to support operational needs of both government institutions and private sector clients. These services are tailored for agencies such as the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), Basarnas, Customs, and the Indonesia Coast Guard (Bakamla), assisting in critical missions including hotspot monitoring for forest fire prevention, maritime and border surveillance, aerial search and rescue, and inspection of high-risk areas for smuggling or territorial violations. Our air patrol services play an essential role in enhancing the effectiveness and response time of these institutions.

In addition to supporting government operations, MAP also collaborates with private companies, particularly in the plantation and mining sectors, to conduct aerial patrols, supervision, and inspections over vast operational areas. These services help improve asset monitoring, ensure environmental compliance, and enhance overall site security. In 2021, MAP successfully completed its first air patrol mission in support of BNPB, contributing to emergency response efforts during a forest fire crisis in South Sumatra Province, marking a significant milestone in the company’s aerial operations portfolio.

Air patrol primarily provides preventive measures and relief for natural disasters by monitoring affected areas from the air. This includes but is not limited to: forest fires, volcanic eruptions, and other phenomena that potentially endanger certain areas and its people.

MAP has successfully carried out air patrols in collaboration with the National Disaster Management Authority (BNPB) in fighting forest fires. It is part of MAP’s mission to keep Indonesia safe by minimizing damage and providing comfort in times of disaster.

Air patrol is also able to fulfill needs of:
– Maritime surveillance to help detect unlawful activities e.g. illegal fishing
– Monitoring in mining and plantation areas
